Epic Games Store CEO Steve Ellison said the digital store has reached 61 million monthly active users and 13 million simultaneous players. This happened during the Vault campaign, in which the store handed out for free Grand Theft Auto V, Civilization VI, Borderlands: The Handsome Collection, and Ark: Survival Evolved. As for Steam, the main competitor of the Epic Games Store and its epic store achievements, by the end of 2019, the Valve store reached 95 million active users per month, and at the beginning of 2020 - 24.5 million simultaneous players. Epic Games founder and CEO Tim Sweeney said earlier that free giveaways at EGS help boost sales of games on other platforms. The head of the company also noted that free giveaways have already helped EGS capture about 15% of the market.

As most of you know Smith's Antiques has been in business for decades. It was started by my dad, Kenneth Smith in 1959 and I joined him as a partner in 1987. After much thought I have decided to retire while I am still "young" and healthy enough to enjoy the next chapter of my life. This has not been an easy decision. We have been so blessed with the best customers over these many years, with so many of you feeling like family. You have all contributed to our success and longevity and for that I am truly grateful. Ideally, I would like to be finished by January, but it is hard to determine a final date because of the amount of inventory that I will be trying to "sell down". I hope to continue refinishing during this time.
